This past week, in the Town of Palm Beach, two different incidents of crime occurred. One involving credit card fraud while the other involved a stolen vehicle. Justin Power Dean-Andrews, a 28-year-old man from Boynton Beach, attempted to pay a bill at the Breakers Hotel with a stolen credit card.
