Kate Spade & Worth Avenue Annual Pet Parade and Contest

This coming weekend will hold no shortage of events for Town residents. Whether you want to go out on Worth Avenue and have yourself a little charitable shopping spree or enter a costume contest with your favorite four-legged friend— Palm Beach Island businesses, in participation with the Worth Avenue Association, are offering up a plethora of activities for you to partake in.

This entire weekend, Friday, March 11th– Sunday, March 13th, Kate Spade on Worth Avenue will be one of the store locations that is a part of a larger Kate Spade initiative called “Shop With A Purpose.” Back in 2014, Kate Spade partnered with Akilah Institute for Women in Rwanda to teach 150 women how to manufacture jewelry. The Rwandan, hand-crafted On Purpose is sold in Kate Spade stores and benefits the jewelers’ community in Masoro. The relationship between Kate Spade and the people of Masoro, Rwanda has only strengthened over the past few years which is why this weekend, Kate Spade will take two percent of sales from this weekend and donate the profits to a group that is rebuilding a health clinic in Masoro. You will also receive 25% off of your purchase if you use the promo code: PURPOSE. Save money and give back this weekend at Kate Spade on Worth Avenue.

Also this weekend on Worth Avenue is the 23rd Annual Pet Parade and Contest. If you wish to simply watch the four legged models, the event will run from 10am-12pm.
