Update for Town of Palm Beach Par 3 Golf Course

Currently, the Town of Palm Beach Par 3 Golf Course is undergoing maintenance. The needed work started on June 21 and will continue until the 29th. The good news? Your game of golf is likely to not be affected.

The Par 3 Golf Course is located on 2345 South Ocean Boulevard and has several amenities on site, including a restaurant and a pro shop.

The maintenance involved is verticutting, which is cutting the grass in a vertical direction. This helps keep the turf in good condition but it’s beneficial in the long-run, according to the Town of Palm Beach website.

Besides maintenance, there will be some other updates for the course, including closures and events during the summertime.

One upcoming event, which takes place on June 30, called “Our Famous One Club (And Putter) Tournament” which will be held at 9 am. It’ll be limited to 60 players and it costs $55, including a tax rate, to play. This includes pizza and prizes. There will also be extra golf carts, if needed. You can RSVP for this event on their website.

“Twilight Golf,” which occurred on May 10 and June 7, is happening again on July 5 at 5:30 pm. Twilight Golf is $40 per person, plus a tax rate. You can RSVP to this event on their website.

On July 9, Summer Aerification will begin. What this means for golfers is that “Front 9” will be open. So instead of playing 18 holes, you play the same 9 holes twice. Make sure to plan accordingly.
