Town of Palm Beach Traffic Report Week of June 25
On June 21, a traffic report was issued for the Town of Palm Beach. These are the updates, listed below, make sure to plan accordingly and to be safe:
Southern Boulevard Bridge
- The right lane of South Boulevard, which is between Washington Road and Flagler Drive, is closed from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm until Friday, June 29.
- This is due to work by FPL.
Laurie Lane
- Road closed for “thru traffic.”
Mediterranean, Caribbean and Arabian Roads
- Road restoration will be performed; Local traffic only.
Indian Road
- This is due to tie-ins for transformers; Local traffic only.
FPU Gas Line Replacements
- This applies to the following roads:
- E Inlet Drive.
- Mediterranean Road.
- N Lake Way between Mediterranean Road.
- Onondaga Avenue.
- Manana Lane
- Debra Lane
Lake Trail
- The southbound part of this road will be blocked off.
Town of Palm Beach Traffic Report Week of June 25
Town Wide Royal Palm Trimming
- Begins on June 26; this will last about three weeks.
Streetlight Replacement
- The closure is by the median of the 400 Block of North County Road.
Town Wide Lethal Yellow Injection
- June 27th; it is expected to be completed in 2 days.
Worth Ave
- Starting June 29 and ending on June 30, this is verticutting the turf from Clock Tower on S Ocean Boulevard going westbound.
- This will impact traffic minimally.
Bike Trail
- Light replacement for bikers.
- This is will replace 5 lights from Angler Ave to Palmo Way.
- Make sure to watch for workers.
Streetlight Repairs
- This repairs poles along S Ocean Avenue, from blocks 3000-3475.
- Sidewalk closures expected.
Traffic Light Repairs
- Repairs are at the intersection of Royal Poinciana Way and N County Road.
- Temporary devices will be installed; This is starting June 25 and until July 1.
