La Follia to be Most Expensive Estate on “Billionares Row”
Contracted to be sold at over $100 million dollars, the 37,500-square-foot estate, known as La Follia, will be the most expensive home on “Billionares Row”. La Follia was first listed in October 2018 for $135 million. However, some speculate that the estate’s final sale price may be between $110 million and $120 million.
According to the Robb Report, La Follia was previously owned by the investment-bank heiress, Broadway producer, and Tony award-winner, Terry Allen Kramer. Kramer died in May at 85. La Follia is home to a private 210 feet of Palm Beach’s beachfront and 2.1-acres across South Ocean Boulevard. The estate ends with a large boat dock. La Follia is less than half a mile from President Trump’s Mar-A-Lago Resort.
According to the New York Post, the 13-bedroom estate includes a gentleman’s club room, breakfast room overlooking the ocean, a fitness center, 16 bathrooms, five powder rooms, three wine cellars, and a five-car garage.
