Town of Palm Beach Construction and Landscaping Hours

On June 14, the Town of Palm Beach posted a reminder of the hours regarding Construction and Landscaping for the residents of the Town of Palm Beach.

While the Summer hours began back on May 1, this will stay effective until Thanksgiving time:

  • Monday to Friday – 8am to 6pm.
  • Saturday – 9am to 5pm
  • Sunday – No hours

It’s also to be noted that, according to the Town of Palm Beach website, during Saturday all times are cited as “quiet work.” During Saturday hours, you cannot do material deliveries, concrete pours, demolition, or any operation of heavy equipment.

As Winter is approaching soon, there are different rules for Winter landscaping and construction:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

  • Quiet work is allowed on those days from  8am to 9am
  • Quiet interior work on Saturdays is 9am to 5pm
  • Sunday – No hours

It’s to be noted that no work is “allowed” on Sundays, according to the Town of Palm Beach website. This also applies to all legal holidays that are observed by the Town of Palm Beach.

Also included in these hours is the beautiful Worth Avenue. Worth Avenue offers an array of luxurious shops right by the beaches in the Town of Palm Beach. These are the Summer hours for Worth Avenue in regards to construction and landscaping:

  • Monday to Saturday – 8am to 8pm
  • Sunday – No work

A detailed PDF on the Town’s website clarified what some of the noises and developments are.
